Toastmaster Training:
The Course
Structure.
The Tutors of the course are vastly experienced
qualified Professional toastmasters
There are lots of ‘open forum’ discussions, practical sessions and role play, we will also define the
dress code: what is the correct
uniform and what is not accepted.
During the course we will explain everything about your duties at weddings,
traditional Christian,
Jewish and Asian.
You will be taught all you need to know about Masonic Ladies Festivals, Rotary
Clubs, Round Table,
and the role you will be expected to perform.
How to handle Civic functions, Mayor making and indeed Royalty.
What your duties are when officiating at a Scottish Burns night, or, how to deal
with complications of
the ‘Loving Cup’ ceremony.
At the end of each day we will invite questions on the day’s activities.

During the courses you will learn how to:

Officiate at a wide variety of functions

Be able to perform different roles

Deliver formal introductions and announcements

Express vocal delivery
-
Master the microphone and PA system
-
Liaise with Banqueting managers and build a cordial relationship

Promote your services and control advertising budgets

How to run your own self employed business
-
Handle profit and loss responsibilities
-
On your own, but never alone – support from other members
